James Hunter joins as Director, bringing more than two decades of experience in delivering world-class event projects across the UK and internationally. A proven leader with a strong track record in developing high-performing teams, James will play a key role in expanding Sterling’s high-quality event delivery for clients across the South, as well as further strengthening national operations at board level. Known for his client-focused approach, technical expertise, and commitment to developing the next generation of event production talent, James’ appointment reinforces Sterling’s focus on sustainable, people-led growth.
Jack Sayer also joins the company as Project Director, bringing a wealth of hands-on production expertise through his successful career in creative event delivery. Jack will focus on technically ambitious event experiences that reflect Sterling’s trademark precision and innovation. His role will be instrumental in ensuring excellence in project delivery as the business continues to grow its presence and capacity across the UK.
