FIA Print Awards

Brief

FIA UK Ltd tasked us with creating a standout awards ceremony for 500 guests at the Rum Warehouse, Titanic Liverpool. The client required a celebrity host, live entertainment and a thematic experience. The evening would celebrate over 20+ individual award categories, each with bronze, silver, and gold winners, and needed to run smoothly from start to finish.

Solution

We delivered a fully immersive experience with a high-quality printed backdrop in vibrant colours, an autocue for presenters and the celebrity host, and innovative table lighting to highlight runners-up and keep engagement high. Guests were welcomed with a red carpet arrival and drinks reception screens, while display boards showcased the finalists. The team navigated a complex schedule of rigging, programming, host and president rehearsals, as well as configuting Gravity Live, the chosen entertainment provider, with required run-throughs, all in a single day. Our experienced technicians programmed all lighting, vision, audio, ensuring seamless production from start to finish.

Result

The evening delivered a colourful, engaging awards experience, with streamlined lighting and a high-impact printed backdrop that minimised rig time. Careful planning and scripting kept the 500-strong audience engaged throughout the many award presentations, while live camera relay ensured every guest could see winners at their tables. We also provided a highlight-edit post event.

Working closely with Gravity Live maintained focus on the stage, and the night culminated in a show-stopping Sparkular moment for the Best in Show award, leaving a lasting impression.
