Sterling Event Group was approached by one of Manchester’s most unique venues to design and deliver a high-impact annual Strategy Briefing Event for a leading IT company. The client sought an immersive, visually striking experience that would reflect their innovative brand, engage a growing number of delegates, and provide opportunities for sponsor visibility. The event needed to seamlessly combine presentations, corporate messaging, and branding elements in a way that left a lasting impression on attendees.

Solution

Our team developed an AV solution to deliver a visually dynamic and on-brand experience. The main stage incorporated large flat-panel displays, including 12ft and 16ft 16:9 screens, HD projection, and coloured uplighting that aligned with the client’s brand palette. As demand for attendance increased, we added 65″ plasma repeater screens throughout the venue to ensure all delegates had clear sightlines to the presentations.

To enhance sponsor engagement, we introduced an innovative branding opportunity: sponsor logos were projected onto the side of Concorde, a unique and memorable visual element that highlighted the event’s prestige. Every aspect of the event, from screen placement and lighting design to AV integration, was tailored to reinforce the client’s corporate identity and strategic messaging.

Result

The event was a resounding success, delivering an immersive and visually compelling experience for delegates. The combination of large-format displays, HD projection, and dynamic lighting created a professional and memorable environment that exceeded client expectations. Sponsors received maximum exposure through the Concorde projections, strengthening relationships and reinforcing the client’s status as a leader in the IT sector.
