Brief
Sterling were tasked by agency Jenna Keller Events to deliver the full technical production and themed event experience for a Great Gatsby-inspired Spring Ball for Together Money. The brief required high-quality audio support for a 10-piece show band, immersive 1920s-inspired lighting and staging, and bespoke branded elements to enhance the guest experience.
Solution
We provided a complete technical production package including audio, lighting, staging, and custom scenic elements. The venue was transformed with a 1920s-themed stage lighting design, a bespoke stage backdrop, a custom printed branded dance floor, and a branded entrance portal complete with tie-back drapes to create a striking arrival experience. The event was delivered successfully, meeting all client requirements on time and within budget. The combination of immersive lighting, high-quality audio, live entertainment, and bespoke branding created a memorable Gatsby-style atmosphere that transported guests into another era. The custom foam-backed vinyl dance floor proved to be a particular highlight of the evening, while the overall guest experience, from the dramatic entrance through to the live performances – received excellent feedback from both the client and attendees.
