Martin Audio Blackline XP12 Powered Loudspeaker
The Martin Audio Blackline XP12 is a compact, powered two-way loudspeaker engineered for high-performance sound reinforcement in a variety of professional audio applications. It features a 12” low-frequency driver with a 2.5” voice coil and a 1” exit high-frequency compression driver with a 1.7” voice coil, delivering a frequency response of 62Hz – 20kHz ±3dB and a maximum SPL of 128dB peak.
Equipped with a 1300W Class D amplifier (1000W LF, 300W HF), the XP12 offers efficient power delivery and includes onboard DSP with a three-channel mixer, three-band EQ, high-pass filter (HPF) on channels 1 and 2, and three speaker mode/voicing presets. Protection features include independent LF and HF peak and RMS limiters, ensuring consistent performance and longevity.
The speaker’s enclosure is constructed from durable multi-angle birch/poplar plywood and finished with black textured paint. It includes a user-rotatable 80° x 50° horn, allowing for flexible orientation in both vertical and horizontal placements. Mounting options include a pole-mount socket, wall bracket, and flying inserts, making it suitable for various installation scenarios.
