Vermilion is a purpose built entertainment and hospitality complex built over six spaces and three floors. The spaces are all fully accessible and offer guests options for reception, breakouts and multi room events. The venue is high end and glamourous, offering a grand backdrop for any event. Located close to Manchester City Centre, the venue offers a huge free car park and good transport links. Welcome to a new culinary adventure: New critically acclaimed menu by Bobby Geetha (Masterchef Finalist, Taj Hotel, Noma) – a contemporary, off-beat culinary combination of English, Thai, Chinese, French and Korean cuisine, with emphasis on local produce and creativity. All this, to give you a colourful sensory explosion, the likes of which has never before seen in Manchester.

Combining interior design created by Miguel Cancio Martins of Buddha Bar (Paris) fame, with an equally lavish Eastern fusion created by the very best Chefs flown in from Bangkok, Dubai and Delhi, it has brought glamour and enchantment to Manchester. In this opulent venue, one is immediately submerged into an enchanting Eastern dream complete with Asian antiques and opulent architecture. These design features and attention to detail is omnipresent throughout all areas of Vermilion.

It is not just the designs that has the Wow! factor. No expense has been spared on the details – the kitchens are created by the designers of Buckingham Palace’s, the astonishing lighting is from the team behind Hakkasan in London. Decoratively, it offers a high-end experience – from elaborate flower arrangements, shimmering chandeliers to the historic artefacts collected from across the world.

The 3-storey labyrinth includes Manchester’s most luxury dining room which includes the Maharaja Room (Private Dining Room), Cinnabar (Cocktail Lounge), complete with DJs, an extensive wine and spirit list, private VIP booths with it’s own unique lounge beds (Cocoons) and a further three events spaces; The Abacus Gallery (100 capacity), The Alan Turing Room (250 capacity) and The Grand Suite (800 capacity). Guests from Girls Aloud, Tim Burton to David Cameron, it has been a backdrop for fashion, art, food and music happenings. Above all it has always been a celebration venue.
