As a trusted AV partner for Headingley Stadium, we deliver event technology solutions that complement the venue’s world-class facilities. Our role is to ensure every conference, gala dinner, awards ceremony, and celebration is elevated through exceptional sound, lighting, and vision.

Howard Suite – up to 450 guests
Long Room – 400 reception, 250 theatre, 200 dining, 150 dinner & dance, 200 cabaret, 200 classroom, 50 boardroom
Directors Suite – 200 reception/theatre, 120 dining, 80 cabaret, 40 boardroom
Executive Suite – 180 reception, 100 theatre/dining
Taverners Suite – 100 reception, 60 theatre, 80 dining
Presidents Suite – medium-size flexible space (similar scale to Taverners, c. 80–100 guests)
Lewis Jones Suite – mid-size space (c. 100–120 capacity depending on layout)
Boardroom – 24 (boardroom style)
Directors’ Private Dining – 24 (intimate dining)
Stadium Boxes – 12 per box (private meetings or dining with pitch views)
Century Box – small premium box with panoramic view (capacity ~12–16)
