Wedding Ceremony and Reception – The Mere
After working with the Swerling family for their daughter’s wedding a few years back, Sterling were asked to help with Lucy and Jack’s wedding in the James Braid Suite at the Mere Resort and Spa, Cheshire. After viewing a previous event of ours at the Mere the Swerling family asked us to completely drape the walls of the room in white and install a removable partition to create a ceremony area whilst allowing the caterers to setup the tables for dinner. After discussing various options we agreed on the two main looks for the room, soft lighting with the romance of candle light for the ceremony and a complete contrast for the evening reception using vibrant purples and blues to create a party environment.
