Shure AD1 Beltpack (G56)

The Shure AD1 is a digital wireless bodypack transmitter designed for use with the Axient Digital Wireless Systems. It offers exceptional audio quality and RF performance, with a wide tuning range of up to 184 MHz. The AD1 provides two transmission modes: Standard, which is optimized for coverage, and High Density, which maximizes system channel count and ensures reliable coverage in crowded RF environments. It features AES 256-bit encryption for secure audio transmission.

The transmitter is compatible with various microphones and instruments, fitted with a TA4M input. It’s detachable ¼-wave antenna allows for flexible placement and improved signal quality. Powered by two AA batteries or the optional SB900A lithium-ion rechargeable battery, the AD1 provides up to 9 hours of operation at 10 mW output power. Additionally, the AD1 is equipped with user-friendly features, including automatic gain adjustment, a power button that doubles as a mute switch, and lockout functions to prevent accidental settings changes during use.
