The Shure UA845UWB is a five-way active antenna splitter and power distribution system designed to optimize the performance and scalability of Shure wireless microphone systems. It allows up to four receivers to share a single pair of antennas, simplifying setup and reducing the need for multiple antennas. Additionally, cascade connectors enable the connection of a fifth receiver or the linking of multiple UA845UWB units, providing flexibility for expanding wireless systems.

The UA845UWB covers a wide frequency range of 174 to 1805 MHz, making it suitable for a variety of wireless applications. It amplifies RF signals to compensate for insertion loss when splitting the antenna input, ensuring consistent signal strength across all connected receivers. The system also offers four DC power outputs (15V, 2.5A max) to power up to four receivers, reducing the need for separate power supplies.
