Carry on Glamping - Conference, Awards and Festival
For the third consecutive year the Sterling team working with Tracy Lavin Events were asked to supply technical support for Pure Gym’s business update conference. This year the chosen venue was Kelham Hall and Country Park in Newark, the hall provided a great venue for the conference and awards, the 600 delegates then moved outside to the specially built camp site which featured posh tents, hot tubs, fairground rides and a live music stage amongst other attractions.
The screen looked incredible, it really showcased our content!
Services provided;
- Full Audio-visual support for the conference hall including a branded stage set which featured a large central LED screen
- Internal and external lighting design across the site including over 200 outdoor lighting fixtures
- Staging and sound production for the live music tipis
- Radio communications across the site
- Generators and full site power distribution
- Technical project management and an onsite team of technician
